- Seller/Creator Information: Business name, GST number, bank account details, PAN card, address, Instagram handle, and product/content categories.

- Content: Videos (reels/pops), product images, reviews, ratings, comments, and live stream content you create or upload.
- Communications: Messages sent through support tickets, WhatsApp communications, and email correspondence.
b) Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, search queries, products viewed, videos watched, and interaction patterns.
- Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address, and precise location if you grant permission (for delivery estimates).
- Analytics Data: Watch time, swipe patterns, product clicks, add-to-cart actions, purchase behavior, and engagement metrics used to improve recommendations.
c) Information from Third Parties
- Social Login: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from those services.
- Payment Partners: Transaction status and payment confirmation from payment gateways.
- Shipping Partners: Delivery status, tracking information, and delivery confirmation from logistics providers.

3. How We Share Your Information

- Sellers & Creators: When you place an order, the seller receives your name, shipping address, and order details to fulfill your purchase. Creators may see aggregated engagement data.
- Payment Processors: Payment information is shared with secure payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store full card details.
- Shipping Partners: Delivery address and contact details are shared with logistics providers (e.g., Eshopbox, Shiprocket) to deliver your orders.
- Cloud Services: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, storage, and email delivery (SES). Data is stored on servers in India (ap-south-1 region).
- WhatsApp/Meta: Phone numbers are shared with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to send transactional messages (OTP, order updates, shipping notifications).
- Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for push notifications, authentication, and real-time features. Usage data may be processed by Google.
- Analytics: We may use analytics tools to understand platform usage. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on secure AWS servers located in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1).
- We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
- Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing (bcrypt).
- Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- We implement access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews to protect your data.
- Media files (product images, videos) are stored on Amazon S3 with controlled access.
